We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic web designer to join our team remotely and create stunning visuals that drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately convert visitors into homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing websites for our agency and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and management) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website architecture and functionality.
• Design compelling user interfaces for landing pages, property listings, search features, and other website elements.
• Optimize website layouts for all devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet) while ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Implement basic front-end code using HTML and CSS to support development efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
• Perform ongoing website maintenance and updates as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall success of our online presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and an understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for real estate and an understanding of the industry’s online marketing dynamics are highly desirable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
