We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic web designer to join our team remotely and create stunning visuals that drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately convert visitors into homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing websites for our agency and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, and management) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate website architecture and functionality.
- Design compelling user interfaces for landing pages, property listings, search features, and other website elements.
- Optimize website layouts for all devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet) while ensuring consistent brand identity.
- Implement basic front-end code using HTML and CSS to support development efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Perform ongoing website maintenance and updates as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall success of our online presence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a web designer, with a portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and an understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for real estate and an understanding of the industry’s online marketing dynamics are highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
