About the role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a remote customer service representative. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service at every touchpoint. You’ll play a vital role in building positive relationships, supporting our agents, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, services, and company policies.
  • Assist clients with scheduling appointments, viewings, and other requests.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and company news.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
