About the role:

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, services, and company policies.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, viewings, and other requests.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and company news.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
