About the role:

We are looking for a talented and creative remote content creator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and establish Ireal Estates Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Write captivating property descriptions that highlight unique features and benefits.
    • Develop engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content about the real estate market and industry trends.
    • Craft persuasive call-to-actions that drive website traffic and lead generation.
    • Create visually appealing content, including email newsletters, flyers, and brochures.
  • Content Strategy and Management:
    • Assist in developing and implementing a cohesive content strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Research, identify relevant keywords, and optimize content for search engines.
    • Schedule and publish content across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing.
    • Track and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Social media management:
    • Develop and manage engaging social media content calendars across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create social media graphics and videos to promote properties and brand initiatives.
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
    • Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
