About the role:
We are looking for a talented and creative remote content creator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across various platforms to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and establish Ireal Estates Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Write captivating property descriptions that highlight unique features and benefits.
- Develop engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content about the real estate market and industry trends.
- Craft persuasive call-to-actions that drive website traffic and lead generation.
- Create visually appealing content, including email newsletters, flyers, and brochures.
- Content Strategy and Management:
- Assist in developing and implementing a cohesive content strategy aligned with business goals.
- Research, identify relevant keywords, and optimize content for search engines.
- Schedule and publish content across various platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Track and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Social media management:
- Develop and manage engaging social media content calendars across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Create social media graphics and videos to promote properties and brand initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating content for the real estate industry or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficient in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
