About the Role
Ireal Estates Ltd. is seeking a talented and passionate remote graphic designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports our marketing, branding, and internal communication efforts. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing managers, agents, and leadership, to translate ideas into engaging and effective visuals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative design solutions for a variety of print and digital projects, including:
- Website and social media graphics
- Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, email newsletters)
- Presentations and reports
- Branding elements (logos, colors, fonts)
- Signage and print advertisements
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand brand guidelines and messaging
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices
- Provide feedback and revisions based on client and team input
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite is essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Passion for real estate and understanding of the industry would be a plus
